Lex The Saurus™ is a product of The Other Way — Lingua, based in Switzerland. We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple: we collect as little as possible and we never sell your data.

3. Website analytics
We use Matomo, an open-source analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Matomo is self-hosted on our own servers in Switzerland (via Infomaniak). This means your data never leaves Switzerland and is never shared with third parties.

Waitlist emails are submitted via Formspree, a form processing service. Formspree stores submissions on secure servers and is compliant with GDPR. You can read Formspree's privacy policy here.
Survey responses are collected via Google Forms, a service provided by Google LLC. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. You can read Google's privacy policy here. We access survey results through our Google Workspace account and do not share raw responses with third parties.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone. Ever.

This website does not use cookies. Our analytics tool (Matomo) runs in cookieless mode, so no consent banner is needed and nothing is stored on your device.
If we ever change how we handle your data, we'll update this page. For a simple waitlist, we don't expect much to change.
